Sarah was inspired to pursue a career in Massage Therapy after passionately working in the field of health and wellness for over a decade teaching yoga/meditation full time and exploring various modalities of healing touch, Thai massage and the study of anatomy. Sarah is a Registered Massage Therapist with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) and a member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario (RMTAO). She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and joined her husband Mark to cultivate and build the integrated clinic team they had discussed and envisioned for many years.
Having dealt with numerous sports related injuries in the past, Sarah always turned to manual modalities such as Massage Therapy and Osteopathy to help aid in her rehabilitation. This inspired her to pursue Massage Therapy as a career. To help others enhance their overall well being and realign with their optimal health.
Sarah has long gravitated to the interconnected relationships between the mind, body, breath and spirit and feels Massage Therapy is a powerful tool to help people reach optimal well being in their physical body as well as mental and spiritual layers!
