Chantal Pfaff, M.S.W.
Social Worker
I live in a little house on a hill in Guelph Ontario with my two curious bunnies and my loving husband. I enjoy playing the ukulele, making art as my own form of therapy and doing yoga.
I discovered the healing potential and power of art as a mode of expression when I was completing my Bachelor of Fine Arts. I quickly fell in love with activist art and was inspired by artists such as Yoko Ono, Jenny Holzer, General Idea and Felix Gonzalez Torres. I quickly realized I wasn’t just in love with the art but also the act of empowering and giving voice to those facing adversity.
This inspired me to pursue a post graduate degree in Social Work from University of Waterloo and later a Clinical Masters Degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. I now have 8 years of experience working with diverse populations facing adversity.
I specialize in Trauma Treatment and believe that our past experiences can greatly impact how we think, feel and behave. I have expertise in arts based methods, cognitive processing therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, attachment and narrative therapy.
I have dedicated my life to working with those living with issues of trauma and mental illness. I find myself constantly inspired by my clients. I know how much strength it takes to seek help and I would be honoured to sit with you.

toitoujourscounsellingIET was designed to get the “issues out of your tissues” for good! Developed at the Center of Being, by Stevan J. Thayer, IET uses the violet angelic energy ray, as brought to us through the nine Healing Angels of the Energy Field, to work directly with your 12 Strand Spiritual DNA. IET supports you in safely and gently releasing limiting energy patterns of your past, empowering and balancing your life in the present, and helps you to reach for the stars as you evolve into your future. It helps release issues such as heart ache, anger, guilt, and “should”s without having to talk about the events that may have contributed to these energy blocks.
Sheri is also available for presentations, workshops, case consultation or clinical supervision.
