Sarah Pace MSW, RSW

As a skilled and compassionate clinician, I have several years of experience working with youth and adults in the mental health field. I completed a Masters of Social Work in Individuals, Families and Groups from Wilfrid Laurier University and am a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

In addition to my private practice work, I have counselled individuals in post-secondary institutions, primary care, and currently as a part-time School Social Worker with the Wellington Catholic District School Board. I offer individual counselling to youth and adults struggling with a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. I use several different treatment approaches in my work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused/Strengths Based interventions.

I am passionate about the field of mental health and I strive to help others understand themselves and their story, work towards achieving their goals, and create lasting change in their lives.
